Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair for both customers and service providers.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Before Service/Order Confirmation:
Customers can cancel their order or booking at any time before confirmation at no extra cost.

After Confirmation but Before Service/Dispatch:

Food/Grocery/Small Items Cancellation allowed within 5–10 minutes of placing the order. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as the order might already be prepared/packed.

Handyman/Service Bookings: Cancellation allowed up to 2 hours before scheduled service without any charges.

 

2. Late Cancellations

If canceled after the allowed window:

Food/Grocery Orders: Cancellation charges may apply, or refund may not be issued if order is already prepared/shipped.

Handyman Services: A cancellation fee (up to 30% of booking value) may be charged if canceled less than 2 hours before service.

 

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery/service, it will be treated as a cancellation after dispatch, and charges may apply.


4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases (unavailability of product, service provider unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), we may cancel the order/service.

Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be provided.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
